RECOGNITION OF FELLOW AUTHORS

My FaceBook page-Dave Wolffe-Author, and our group page, Writers R Us, have exposed me to other authors and their work. This information has brought me many hours of enjoyable reading. I recommend the following writers and their works for your reading pleasure.

Roberto Alfaro-His book, “Fighting Through The Hurdles of My Life” is autobiographical. It describes the life of a young person growing up in a poor neighborhood, the South Bronx and becoming the person he has become today. If you’ve ever wondered what living in such a neighborhood is like, this story is a great source of information.

Jeff Carson-He has written a series of books centering around the character of David Wolf (got my interest with that name) who works as a police officer in a western town in Colorado. I have read four of this series of 14 books and enjoy following the investigations of the crimes taking place in this town, where David Wolf lived a good part of his life. His family, friends and neighbors become involved in part of the crimes he and his police force are charged with solving. If you like police work, an interplay of characters in a particular place, and enjoy following the path of investigations, you’ll enjoy Jeff Carson’s work.

Andrew Bridgeman’s-“Fortunate Son” is written about subjects occurring in present times. It follows the path of Emily Noble, a newly appointed, FBI agent and other agents, as they try to stop the assassination at the inauguration of a new president and his cabinet. It is a book that keeps you wondering about the twists and turns this story takes.

T.M.Novak’s-“The Abduction of Lilly Waters” takes you on a journey to find Lilly Waters, a three year old child, mysteriously taken from her mother. It is an interesting psychological thriller, for anyone who is interested in putting the pieces of a mystery together.

My purpose in writing this post is to share information which may be of value to other readers. Those of you who find these topics interesting can expand your list of authors you enjoy reading.

To these and other fellow authors, if you haven’t already joined the group Writers R Us, I invite you not only to become a member, but to post information about yourselves, your work and ideas about writing. It is another source of visibility for you.
